SELF Run Club is back through the fall!
Grab your friends and meet up at Brookfield Place every other Wednesday, at 6:30pm. Each week, SELF will have a coach lead a warm up, workout and then cool down. The run could be anything from intervals or drills to a 3-5 mile run. All paces are welcome. Visit SELF.com for more information. We look forward to seeing you there!
