February Fitness Series: Not Your Momma's Pilates

On Sunday Mornings (10am) this February, Girls on the Run NYC is holding unique, challenging, and fun fitness classes at Athleta Flatiron. Four different classes, four amazing instructors, and four exciting ways to rise to your New Year’s Resolution.

You can attend each class individually or pick up our Friend pass and bring your friend for a joint workout. Friend passes include an additional ticket for half price!

There’s no better motivation than committing to step, dance, and stretch your way through February with your friend at your side. And, since every single dollar raised goes towards GOTR NYC, you’re sweating for a great cause, showing your love for Girls on the Run NYC and supporting our mission to inspire girls to be joyful, healthy and confident.

Erica kicked off our February Fitness event series last year and has been brought back by popular demand! This 60 minute class is a blend of high intensity intervals and some of the finest moves Joseph Pilates has to offer. We've kicked things up a notch from the standard mat class adding weights, plyometrics, and playful twists to traditional moves that with out a doubt you will leave sweating! No offense to your Momma, but THIS class is so much better!
