This streamlined form is for returning sites to quickly confirm participation and update any key information for the upcoming season. Once submitted, a member of our program team will follow up with next steps and fall season logistics.

The Returning Site Form is a shorter form for sites that have participated recently. The General Site Application is for new or rejoining sites.
