Run any race in your area in support of Girls on the Run NYC.
If you have your own entry into an upcoming race or event, click below to register to be a SoleMate! You'll receive our support in fundraising & training plans for different distances, and will be invited to any current SoleMates events along with fun Girls on the Run events!

Take the initiative to fundraise for Girls on the Run NYC as you train for an event of your choice! The SoleMate experience is not only rewarding, but also a unique volunteer opportunity within our organization. Whether you are a casual jogger or training for intense competition, we would love to have you on Team Girls on the Run! Opportunities are not limited to those listed below.

Your suggested fundraising goal for Girls on the Run: $500

On top of the benefit of raising critical funds for girls in NYC, SoleMates receive support throughout the fundraising process and:

  • A training plan for your race distance along with invitations to monthly group training runs and cross training sessions!

  • Fundraising ideas to help you surpass your goal, including individual support from our SoleMates Committee and team ideas from your fellow SoleMates.

  • Great Girls on the Run NYC gear and rewards, including a GOTR Teal singlet for race day!
